Lacanian Psychoanalysis will consider for publication Papers, Short Articles, Clinical Vignettes and Letters to the Editor submitted by the readers.

Contributions should broadly relate to Lacanian psychoanalysis. Our website is open to all theoretical orientations and institutional organizations that share the basic aims reflected in the contents and the structure of the site. Priority will be given to texts focusing on the clinical practice of Lacanian psychoanalysis.

Guidelines for submissions:

Manuscripts may be submitted in Spanish, Portuguese or English language.
Their length may not exceed 5.000 words.
Any sources that are quoted, summarized or paraphrased in the manuscript must be referenced in the footnotes. A bibliography must be included at the end of the manuscript. Each reference in the bibliography must contain the name of the author, title of the work, date and place of publication and any other information required to correctly identify the source.
Submissions must be sent by e-mail to lacanian@lacanian-psychoanalysis.com as attachments in Word (".doc" or ".rtf") format. No other formats are allowed except for charts or special symbols.
The form at the bottom of this page must be filled in and sent along with each submission. The title of the manuscript and the name/s of the author/s should be stated in the "Content" field.
Manuscripts written in English must not be currently available on other websites. They may, however, be already published in print. Should this be the case, the print edition must be referenced in the bibliography.
Whenever an original version of the submitted manuscript is available on the Internet in a different language, the link to such version must be included in the references.
Authors must ensure that confidentiality about the identity of people involved in any clinical cases discussed is preserved, unless they refer to their own experience as subjects.
Submitted materials defending or fostering terrorism, hatred or racial/religious discrimination will be not be accepted for publication.
 

Contributions will be by considered for publication by an ad-hoc Committee, whose members -Jorge Bekerman (Editor-in-Chief) and Beatriz Bacco (Editorial Director) may decide on their own or consult with the Editorial Board.

The authors of texts published on Lacanian Psychoanalysis will be awarded a complimentary subscription to the site.
