Lacanian Psychoanalysis offers paid access to papers and other contents hosted by our website.

Refund policy: if a subscriber is not satisfied with the contents of our site or believes that they appear to be significantly not-as-described, he/she may cancel the subscription and request a refund for the subscription fee paid.

Subscription cancellations must be requested by e-mail and will become effective within 48 hours of receipt of such e-mail.

Refunds will be made to the credit card account used to pay the subscription fee. The amount to be reimbursed will depend on the time remaining until the expiration of the subscription period at the time the cancellation becomes effective.

Should any legal disputes arise, they will be heard by the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
